The Aurora Games: Glens Falls Women’s Hockey Week is coming to Downtown Glens Falls!
The best female hockey players from across the globe will be coming to Hometown USA to celebrate Women’s Hockey. Both Team Americas and Team World have star-studded lineups that include Olympians, international stars and the best of the best in women’s hockey.
There will be a Open Practices, Community Meet & Greet at The Queensbury, youth clinics and more leading up to Americas vs. World game on Thursday 8/22 at the Cool Insuring Arena.

Glens Falls Free Concert Series – Monday Evenings in July and August, 7:00 PM-8:30 PM.
Glens Falls City Park Gazebo – Rain venue Queensbury Hotel.
Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a free concert by the Glens Falls City Band! This professional concert band performs a mixture of marches, light classical, Broadway, pop, etc. in the City Park Gazebo in beautiful downtown Glens Falls. In case of rain, the concert will be performed in the Queesnbury Hotel ballroom.
Learn more about Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of The Adirondacks. Doors open at 5:30 for expo/networking event. Meet American Cancer Society staff as well as other Making Strides participants, team leaders and sponsors, ask questions, collect fundraising and promotional materials and fuel your passion. Brief presentation at 6:15pm. Hors d’evours and beverages (cash bar) throughout. Learn how to help save lives from breast cancer and network with your fellow breast cancer fighters!
